Christmas Pud

Another late Christmas photo! I made this little puddings for the hampers I gave to different people as gifts and wanted to wait until everyone got theirs before I uploaded photos

The pud is made out of Christmas cake using a recipe from 'The Cake Decorating Bible' by Juliet Sear (I saw her doing it on TV and borrowed the book from the library - it's such a good book I was also given it for Christmas! Yay!). They make really nice gifts because they look good (even if I do say so myself), although I would make them smaller if I do them again, they're a bit large!
