C is for cookie

I made these Cookie Monster cupcakes for my sister and her husband at her request (I did foodie i.o.u's as Christmas gifts last year and this is what she picked - from a picture she'd seen online, unfortunately I didn't come up with the idea myself although I did change the fur design).  They were so much fun to make!  The cookies were homemade, too
